His unique understanding of the correlation between physiology, psychology and service
reveals the secrets to empowering both personal and professional performance. Twenty-
five years in service management, including the world-class Coeur d’Alene Resort, provide
for a foundation of extraordinary personal stories filled with profound insights for life-long

reminders of the moments in our past when each of us was transformed by the miraculous
