Paul is president and CEO of Performance Based Results.
He has 20 years experience in sales, leadership, organizational development and performance improvement strategies. To date, Paul has helped over 1,200 organizations in every major industry from start-up companies to leading Fortune 500 corporations. More than 100,000 individuals have benefited from his concepts to achieve greater success, personally and professionally.
Paul has written over 150 articles in leading publications such as Investor’s Business Daily, SellingPower, and is the author of Questions That Sell, The Powerful Process For Discovering What Your Customer Really Wants (AMACOM Books, 2006) and the audio program Top Sales Questions for Maximum Results (2007). His next book, Questions That Lead, How To Motivate Your Employees To Embrace Change which will be released in 2008. He is a guest instructor at the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University and the University of Phoenix.
As a member of the National Speakers Association, Paul has the unique ability to motivate and engage his customers. Client surveys from his training programs confirm this based on his ability to earn consistent scores of 9.3 out of 10.
Paul’s interests include whitewater kayaking, camping, biking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. He resides in the Philadelphia area.
