Omarosa Manigault Stallworth currently serves as a Managing Partner for Access America Enterprise Corporation, a strategic planning and consulting service that combines first hand knowledge of government operations with a full service approach to custom business solutions. 

Stallworth previously served as Director of Education and Research for the National Visionary Leadership Project (NVLP), an initiative providing tomorrow's leaders access to the wisdom of African American elders who have shaped American history by recording, preserving and distributing their oral histories. She also served as Deputy Associate Director of Presidential Personnel at the White House. In this capacity she provided recommendations to President Clinton on senior level candidates for political appointments within a portfolio of nearly 1000 appointments within seven Cabinet departments, 14 Independent Federal Agencies, and 51 boards and commissions. She worked to identify qualified candidates for vacancies within Administration. Additionally, she worked closely with the Congressional Black Caucus and national African American groups on the recruitment and recommendation of African American appointees for federal service.

Other distinctions include serving as the Senior Scheduling and Advance Coordinator to Vice President Al Gore, where she developed strategies and handled logistics for all aspects of the Vice President's hectic schedule. She also served as liaison to the office of Legislative Affairs for the scheduling office, interacting with Members of Congress on the Vice President's behalf. In addition to her official role, Stallworth volunteered her time at Gore 2000 and Clinton 2000 where she was an active member of the national African American Steering Committee.

Stallworth aspires to one day, serve as a political commentator and to lend her voice to the ongoing political dialogue in this country. In 2001 she was selected to serve as a host for Spotlight newsmagazine on WHUT-TV Channel 32. She has also worked as a freelancer in the newsroom of CNN, Washington Bureau. Recently, as a result of her performance on the NBC hit show The Apprentice, she has served as a correspondent for NBC.com, Extra, and the TV Guide Channel. She has also appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Regis and Kelly, Hard Ball with Chris Matthews, Larry King Live, Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The View.

Stallworth is currently completing her dissertation at Howard University, conducting research in the area of telecommunications. During her masters study she served as a researcher at the Department of Commerce, National Telecommunication and Information Agency. She was awarded an intensive research and development fellowship at the Wireless Communication Association during the summer of 2001.

Prior to both her political and academic careers, Stallworth has worked as a broadcast journalist covering such events as the Olympics (summer '96), the Democratic and Republican Conventions (fall '96), the Inauguration (January 1997), and the 2000 Democratic Convention in Los Angeles.
