Niki McCuistion

She is the executive producer and producer of the award winning McCUISTION television program, (hosted by Dennis McCuistion) now in its 12th year with KERA, Dallas, and syndicated on PBS in several cities around the country. In the last several years the McCuistion Program has earned several awards for outstanding programs.
Niki works with profit and not for profit organizations from GTE, GE, General Motors, to Ronald McDonald House, United Way, The Red Cross, MADD, and the Center for Non Profit Management, in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and strategy. The author of several books on leadership, coaching, sales and change management, her focus is on projects that provide long-term solutions to people and performance challenges companies are faced with today.

Niki is a past president of the North Texas Chapter of the National Speakers Association, and has served on several national committees for the National Speakers Association, from Education Chair to Voices of Experience educational series to the Strategic Planning Committee. She has earned her Certified Speakers Designation from the National Speakers Association, a designation held by fewer than 10% of the association’s 4500 members. The Texas Chapter of NSA honored Niki with the first Charbonneau Award, given to speakers who are role models in their community.
Niki has earned an MA in Philanthropy from St. Mary's University, Winona, Minnesota, and is finalizing her thesis on entrepreneurial women and their philanthropic contributions to their community. In addition, she is completing an MBA in Non-Profit Leadership at the University of Dallas. Niki has recently been inducted into Sigma Iota Epsilon - a business fraternity for honor students.
She is co-author of Selling Strategies For Today’s Banker: A Survival Guide For Tomorrow, The Seven Challenges Facing Bankers In The Future…And How To Meet Them, The Quality Sales Leadership System™, and has featured chapters in Inspiring Others To Win, The Winning Spirit, and numerous business and trade articles.
