Mortimer B. Zuckerman, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Boston Properties, Inc. Zuckerman co-founded the company in 1970 after spending seven years at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
He is also Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of U.S. News & World Report, Chairman and Co-Publisher of The New York Daily News and Chairman of the Board of Applied Graphics Technologies (AGT) and a member of the Board of Directors of Snyder Communications.
He is a graduate of McGill University, Montreal receiving an undergraduate degree in 1957 and a degree of law in 1961. He received an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1961 and a Master of Law from Harvard University in 1962.
Zuckerman serves as a trustee for New York University, Director and Member of the Executive Committee of WNET/Channel 13 New York, a Trustee of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute, a Trustee of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Princeton, a Member of the Harvard Medical School Board of Visitors, and a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
