Biography of Minh Pham

Minh Pham graduated from Maryland University with a degree in Decision Information Sciences. For over 10 years he's been helping entrepreneurs, investors, sales professionals, small business executives, landlords, and r eal estate investors to streamline their systems, increase output and efficiency, and decrease stress. With the publication of ‘Turnkey Software for Successful Real Estate Investors,' he's been quoted as ‘the consultant who has produced the most comprehensive real estate software program for residential real estate investors nationwide' by local and national real estate investing association board members.

Minh is formally trained as a financial planning strategist for small businesses and individuals within the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas; Minh is also recognized as a real estate investment lecturer on the topics of creative real estate investing. He is the author of a Best-Selling Course, “Turnkey Profits Using Lease Purchase and Other Creative Investing Techniques.” Minh is also a co-author of a national best seller: “Mission Possible” along side Stephen Covey (author of ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”) and Brian Tracey (international top ranked motivational speaker). He is also on the Board of two real estate investing associations in the Greater Metro Washington DC areas.

Minh owns seven real estate investing companies: (1) Phamtastic Properties, LLC; (2) Phamtastic Investors, LLC; (3) Phamtastic Investments, Inc. and – where he buys and sells between four to seven residential properties per month utilizing his honed investing techniques and no-money-down strategies; (4) Guarantee Profits, LLC, - where he helps mentor his seminar-student-investors with profitable real estate transactions; (5) Secure Investments, LLC; (6) Real Estate Investment Specialists, LLC and– where he raises private funds for ‘Rehab & Sell' and ‘Rent to Own' projects. Minh also owns, (7) Walking on Water, Inc., a non-profit organization, where he fixes up houses and gives them away to worthy citizens for FREE!

Minh is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a highly sought after speaker on the topics of creative real estate investing, comprehensive wealth management, and personal achievement via goal-making and strategic implementation. Currently, he serves as an adjunct professor for local community college in Maryland. He is also a Visiting Faculty Member and 'Executive Deal Maker' for the Real Estate Community Networking Group of Alexandria, VA.
