Merge spent over fourteen years in positions of leadership with one of Canada's premier oil and gas companies, as well as three years leading the Board of Directors at a Credit Union. That means that when she's talking, she's speaking from first-hand experience, and it's this unique blend of realism and humor that consistently engages and entertains her audiences! For almost two years, she was the well-known voice behind the national CBC radio column "The Softer Side of Business" heard coast to coast across Canada on CBC Radio One. She's a published author, writing for many well-known organizations and publications. Merge has a passion for learning and helping others learn, and her visible enthusiasm turns even the most passive listeners into participants.
