Mari Winsor is one of the most sought after trainers by music icons, celebrities and professional athletes. Her special form of Pilates utilizes dynamic sequencing, an exclusive series of controlled movements, which burns fat as well as tones, sculpts and stretches the body. In only 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week one can create long, lean muscles with Winsor Pilates' low-intensity, calorie-burning, total body workout. It is an exercise program, which utilizes one's entire body, accelerating the healing of muscular and soft tissue while building strength. Winsor has helped millions of Americans lose weight and get the body they want through her exciting, healthy, calorie-burning workout.
Winsor began developing her innovative workout nearly 20 years ago and opened her first Pilates studio in 1990 in Los Angeles with techniques based on the groundbreaking workout introduced by Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920's. Winsor is responsible for bringing Pilates to new levels of public recognition through her workouts with music icons, celebrities and professional athletes.
