Biography of Lalini Indorf Kaplan

Nalini was formerly with MasterCard Advisors, a division of MasterCard International, where she was responsible for building and managing the worldwide CRM consulting business. Before joining MasterCard, Nalini was a partner with Deloitte Consulting where she built and managed two global practices, Customer Relationship Management and Employee Relationship Management. She previously held several management positions in information technology and publishing companies.

A respected and accomplished business and technology advisor, Nalini has deep experience of working in financial services, telecommunications, public sector, consumer retail, and publishing. She has worked with top tier companies including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, SBC Communications, UBS, Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, Colgate Palmolive, Visa International, Convergys, State Farm, U.S. Treasury Service, Allmerica, Cigna, Mellon Financial Corp., and JP Morgan Chase. Nalini specializes in customer strategy and organizational transformation that takes the organization from a traditional inward focus to truly customer-centric operations across distribution channels that actually work.

Nalini earned her B.A. in International Relations from the American University and holds a certification in Organizational Development from Columbia University. Nalini is on the board of the International Center of New York, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping immigrants learn English and assimilate into American culture.
