|
Ken Reilly is a nationally recognized Professional Speaker and Author. An environmental lawyer with over 41 years of experience, he has served as an Attorney Advisor to the United States government, as a Legal Counsel to one of America's largest State Legislatures, as President of an Oil & Gas Exploration Company, and as President of a major Legal Foundation, a public interest law firm dedicated to the preservation of the free enterprise system. He is currently the Presiding Municipal Court Judge of Montgomery, Texas.
Today, in addition to his judicial duties, Ken travels across America speaking on the subject (and benefits) of Environmental Regulatory Compliance, the future of the regulatory overburden, and the world-wide perspectives of both government and industry. This nationally recognized expert on the subject of Environmental Responsibility, with his knowledge and many years of experience in the field of regulatory compliance and waste minimization, has also devised a process for the environmental assessment of major commercial properties. By working with property management and staff, he provides an evaluation of the property's environmental compatibility.
Ken also presents Keynote Speeches for Corporate and Association Events. As a result of his many years of providing legal advice to business and industry leaders, Ken has developed a dynamic presentation for executives interested in finding and keeping highly qualified and motivated Corporate Directors. This presentation addresses both the responsibilities and liabilities of the men and women who accept such positions.
Finally, the Hon. Ken Reilly's many years of experience include professional representation in matters of litigation, arbitration, mediation, and Facilitation.
