K. C. Chan-Herur is an international speaker, author and principal of Geneva Consulting Group, a San Francisco-based company providing counsel and training vital for successful international business communication and marketing. Her 15 years of Fortune 500 marketing management, communication and consulting experience in the U.S. and internationally includes Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Sun Microsystems, Apple Computer and American Express.

This "global citizen" has had over 25 years of international living and working experience across four continents. She has lived in Hong Kong, Chile, France and the United States. Ms. Chan-Herur speaks English, Spanish, French and Chinese. Her interests in international business and culture prompted her to work, study and travel in more than twenty countries in Europe and the Pacific Rim region in the last fifteen years.

Ms. Chan-Herur is the author of the internationally recognized book, Communicating with Customers Around the World: A Practical Guide To Effective Cross-Cultural Business Communication (AuMonde International, San Francisco, 1994). Ms. Chan-Herur appears frequently in the media as an expert in business globalization: communication, marketing and management, including the Los Angeles Times, Working Woman and CNBC television.

K.C. Chan-Herur is on the adjunct faculty of the University of San Francisco MBA and has lectured for its MBA and Executive MBA programs since 1994.

Ms. Chan-Herur received an M. B. A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B. S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She also studied at the London Business School in England
