Biography of Joanne L. Estes

Joanne Estes, also known as “The Sales Authority” is an award-winning speaker, trainer, consultant, and business owner. She is the founder and CEO of Vision Quest, currently in its 10th year of operation, which provides training services to businesses, education and industry. As the leader of her organization she has provided development and motivational solutions to thousands of sales professionals and leaders nationwide. With an enthusiastic style that is practically contagious, she embraces a spirited message of positive attitudes, self-belief, and visionary thinking.

Training and development has always been Estes’ cornerstone for success. She attributes all achievements to a steadfast and persistent focus on implementing the “right” BEHAVIORS. She consistently focuses on basic skills and the disciplined execution of them.
