|
Jerry Rouleau is the owner of a public relations and marketing firm, J. Rouleau & Associates, based in Terryville, CT. Jerry has been involved in the housing industry for over 25 years and specializes in working with builders, housing companies and building product suppliers.
Over 8,000 housing sales professionals have gone through his sales & marketing seminars & workshops. In addition to training and consulting he also specializes in public relations. In the past 10 years, Jerry has created over 26 million dollars in free publicity for the system built housing industry and won over 15 awards for their clients plus received 13 sales & marketing awards for the most creative public relations campaign. He is also a past recipient of the S.A. Walters Chairman’s Award.
Jerry has worked on several feature home projects with major consumer magazines Country Living, House Beautiful, Country Home, Home Magazine. His special projects have been featured on the Today Show, People Magazine, USA today and in hundreds of newspapers, radio, TV, industry trade publications and specialty consumer magazine.
Jerry is also the originator and creator of the Jan’s House of Hope tour. Jan’s House of Hope was a fund raising project, which involved building a 3100 sq ft home on a barge. The fully furnished home complete with 3 car garage, car in the driveway and fenced in landscaped yard toured seven cities on the east coast. The tour generated over 15 million dollars of publicity for cancer awareness in a two-month period. Jerry is the founder and President of the National Cancer Awareness Foundation.
Jerry is a member of the following organizations: NAHB National Association, of Home Builders, BSC Building Systems Council, NSMC National Sales and Marketing Council, ILBA International Log Builders Association, TFBC Timber Frame Business Council, TFG Timber Framers Guild, MBSA Modular Building System Association, SIPA Structural Insulated Panel Association, Construction Writers Association and the NSA National Speakers Association.
