Utilizing the knowledge that he has assimilated over the last 24 years of his life, James has developed a series of books, audio tapes, videos, seminars, corporate training systems, online tools, and coaching aids that are utilized by individuals worldwide to improve their physical, financial, mental, relational and spiritual results.
In addition to the development of his technologies and resources, as well as the management of his own business enterprise, Mr. Ray conducts more than 75 days of keynote presentations, corporate training, and public seminars over the course of the year. The secret to Mr. Ray's success is his ability to take the seemingly complex and break it into manageable, understandable and memorable strategies for improvement. He is an incredible storyteller who uses the art to create lasting learning and fuel for change.
James is on the cutting edge of personal and corporate transformation with his philosophies of improved results through "spiritual awakening", or awakening the Spirit within. His presentations are centered on creating business acceleration through the personal development of the individual. Ray believes that the outstanding business of the future will have to model this "Inside/Out" approach if it is to succeed long term.
During the course of his career, Mr. Ray has been involved in extensive management consulting projects, individual coaching, training & development programs, and public & private seminars. Following his undergraduate studies in business management and behavioral sciences, he became a Sales Manager for AT&T. During this time he received national recognition as a top sales manager for five consecutive years (1982 to 1987).
In 1987 AT&T commissioned Mr. Ray to build and manage a telemarketing operation, for which he also received top national honors. James subsequently moved into his area of true expertise - the field of human behavior and accelerated performance. At this time, Mr. Ray joined AT&T's National Education Center and the AT&T School of Business.
In 1991, Mr. Ray formed an alliance with the Covey Leadership Center teaching "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and "Principle Centered Leadership" to business leaders in Fortune 500 companies. During this time, he began working with organizational leaders to create cultures based on timeless principles.
Mr. Ray went on to form Quantum Consulting Group in 1992 where he continued to create lasting change by performing cultural assessments and culture change initiatives for many major corporations including Boeing Aircraft, Tropicana, and AT&T. Mr. Ray's cultural development work continues to unfold today through his "Peak-Performance Training" - a modular training system, specifically tailored to each organization's desired outcome.
His public seminar curriculum "The Journey of Power" is a one of a kind eight-phase university of personal and spiritual growth. This break-through course is attended by multiple hundreds of high achievers and forward thinkers annually.
