Mr. Miller has also published articles in The Wall Street Journal, Richmond Times-Dispatch, and The New York Times.
Miller was a member of President Reagan's Cabinet as Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Previously, he was Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission and before that an associate director of the OMB, where he set up President Reagan's program of regulatory relief.
Miller is the author of over 100 articles in professional journals and is the author, co-author, or editor of nine books, the most recent of which is Monopoly Policy, which will be published by the Hoover Institution later this year.
