He is the author of the best-selling business book, The Great Game Of Business, and the newly published A Stake In The Outcome. An Inc. Magazine columnist, Stack writes about the business world and what it takes to succeed in this ever-changing marketplace. He and his works are highly sought after in the business community and the educational field where his business philosophy is used as part of the curriculum at business schools.
Stack is a rare commodity because he practices what he preaches. Under Stack's leadership, SRC Holdings Corp., which currently includes 22 subsidiaries covering businesses from banks to engine manufacturing plants, has seen the value of the company grow from ten cents a share in 1983 to over $55 in 2001.
