CEO of the I. Silver Management Group, Idora Silver, M.A., CPCU, is the author of "The Chutzpah Connection: Blueprint for Success." She is named in "Who's Who of Executive Women," "Who's Who in the West," "Sterling's Who's Who," "2000 Notable American Women," and "90 Movers and Shakers in the Reno-Sparks Area in the 90's," Idora is obviously an inspiration and a role model. She has received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Leadership Reno Alumni Association, the Women of Acheivement Award from the Nevada Woman's Fund, the Excellence in Commerce Award from the Greater Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, the Distinguished Service Award from the Sierra Nevada Chapter of ASTD, and was chosen as Truckee Meadows Community College's Outstanding Community Services Teacher for the Year 2000. Idora is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) as well as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Idora has a wide range of clients in the private, public, and nonprofit business arena where she specializes in corporate planning, development, and communications. Idora states her mission: "To help inspire and motivate others -- businesses and individuals -- to reach and exceed their dreams and potentials and by doing so, achieving the same for myself! I believe that success is a journey, not a resting spot, and that it comes from facing challenges with courage, commitment, creativity, and chutzpah!"
