He first topped $80 Million in personal production in 1993. What made that feat especially pertinent was that he did it in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with an average loan amount of $92,000. As Dick Vitale would say..."That's a lot of loans, Baby!"
Greg Frost has been the #1 residential mortgage lender in New Mexico since 1985. Last year, he was ranked in Mortgage Originator Magazine as being the #1 FHA Loan Originator, as well as the 7th leading residential lender in loan volume in America. Greg is also noted nationally as being the first $Billion Dollar$ Loan Originator in America.
Greg was recently described by Todd Duncan as..."The Roger Bannister of the Mortgage Industry". Roger Bannister was the first man to break the 4-minute mile and Greg was the first loan originator to show us that multi-million dollar per-month originations were possible."
Last year, Greg's team originated $151,290,176 in loans with an average loan amount of $122,008. His team originated 8.5% of the resale production reported through the Albuquerque Board of Realtors®.
