Greg’s “I Can Do It” attitude, enthusiasm for life, deep-down committed desire to help and serve others, developed internal and external effective-active listening skills, ideas, and ear-opening techniques all permeate from the emotions and substance exuded from his latest book – The Breathing Blanket - How Attitude and Listening Prevail.
During the past 35+ years, Greg’s lifetime first-hand experiences where he has had the opportunity to study effective-active listening include: teaching high school communications and theater, multi-department management for a national retail chain store, insurance agent and estate planner, career education facilitator in a public school system, manager and vice president of an office automation company division for multiple locations, Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company division – nationally top-ranking in sales / involved in several nationwide marketing campaigns including three connected with R & D efforts / sales trainer regionally-nationally & internationally / and managing on-going maturing customer-focused relations.
Greg Bauer, better known by his audiences as “The Guru of Listening”, has been helping and serving others to better “Utilize the Power of Effective-Active Listening” during these current past 15+ years in his writings, books, audiobooks, workshops, and keynotes where he has received numerous accolades for his contributions in helping enhance and change individual mindsets and organizational cultures by activating effective-active listening in their everyday lifestyles.
Greg is the husband to his beautiful wife, Anna, of 35 years and the proud father of three grown children (1 son and 2 daughters) which has also played a significant role in his understanding and studying of how to better “Utilize the Power of Effective-Active Listening”.
