Detailed Biography of Gary A. Seigel
|
Gary Seigel has taught seminars nationwide on communication, customer service, management and writing for a variety of clients, including school systems, hospitals, Fortune 500 companies and city and state governments. He has 18 years of marketing, sales and management experience. Prior to conducting seminars, Gary co-owned a homestorage franchise that he transformed into a multimillion-dollar business. He also won numerous awards for sales volume, customer service and most-improved franchise.
Gary’s mission is to live life creatively and inspire others to do the same. Trained in creativity concepts, he is currently president of The Writing Institute, a company that helps others write and communicate more effectively.
His academic background is extensive. He has taught technical writing, English as a second language, composition and literature. As chairperson of language arts and professor of English at West Los Angeles College, he supervised nine disciplines, designed and created new programs, and taught a variety of courses.
He has contributed articles to The Conejo Examiner, The Los Angeles Times, Realty Times, Westlake Magazine and various books.
