Biography of Frank Pacetta

Frank Pacetta was born and raised in Far Rockaway, New York in 1953. After attending Brooklyn Prep, a Jesuit high school, Frank attended the University of Dayton. He graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In July of 1976, Frank began his career as a sales rep at Xerox in Mansfield, Ohio. He held several sales positions at Xerox before becoming a sales manager in 1984. After two successful years as a manager in Columbus, Ohio, Frank was promoted to district sales manager in Minneapolis where his group finished #1 in the country in 1987.
In 1988 Frank was asked to turn around the Cleveland district - a district which had finished near the bottom in profit in 1987. In 1988 Cleveland finished #4 in the central region. Frank grew the Cleveland revenues from $56 million to $100 million in 4 years.

In 1993 Frank moved to Columbus, Ohio where the district had finished 57"` out of 67 districts. That year his new district finished #1 in the country.

From 1996 to 1998 Frank was Senior Vice President of Sales for Danka Corporation, a 3 billion-dollar company with 2000 sales reps.

Frank has written the book Don't Fire Them, Fire Them Up! His book is a real-world story of winning in business and motivating yourself along with your employees in the most positive ways possible. His success has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and various business magazines. Franks second book, Stop Whining and Start Winning was released in March 2000.

Currently, Frank is the Executive Vice President of Sales at SubmitOrder.com, a business to business E-commerce company in Columbus, Ohio.

Frank and his wife, Julie, live in Columbus, Ohio with their two children.
