In 1996, he was also awarded the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) accreditation from the renowned Institute of Management Consultants, USA. He is one of the only fifteen people worldwide to have earned both of these prestigious accreditations.
Frank is a licensed trainer for many programmes conducted worldwide. He also designs his own programmes which are in great demand due to their practical application and simplicity.
