Chef and owner of Little Rock’s 1620 Restaurant, Evette Brady received much of her practical training from her mother Olivia Brady, who was a caterer in Little Rock. After culinary school Evette worked at the premier restaurant in Little Rock, Jaques & Susanne’s, where she formed a strong relationship with owner Ed Moore and executive chef Paul Bash.
“Best in Little Rock”
This relationship was the foundation for what is now one of the best restaurants in Little Rock, the 1620 Restaurant. The goal of Evette and her staff is to bring their patrons the finest foods served in a unique style that makes their dining experience special.
1620 Restaurant’s diverse menus feature nightly specials including fresh seafood such as Ahi tuna, grouper, seas bass, Escalar, Dover sole and walleye. Aged steaks including filet mignon, New York strip and ribeyes also adorn the menu along with bobwhite quail, calf’s liver, rack of lamb and veal chops.
