A North American leader in the field of e-business.
Paul Woolner led the founding of IEC and is its CEO and a Director. IEC is the Co-founder and Advisor of the Altamira e-Business Fund. Dr. Woolner is a specialist in e-Business strategies and is a co-founder and Director of the Alliance for Converging Technologies Corporation, a leading, global think tank and consultancy focused on the implications of the Internet for business and society.
Woolner serves as a Director and Chair on a number of corporate Boards. He has consulted with Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial enterprises on the design and implementation of high performance organizations. Since 1990, he has worked in depth with a number of new e-businesses and helped build them to be successful, rapidly growing enterprises.
Paul has a Masters and Doctorate in Educational Theory from the University of Toronto where his research focused on change management.
