In addition to her 25 years in executive positions, she is also the co-author of the best-selling book, Customer-Centered Growth: 5 Strategies for Building Competitive Advantage. The book has received numerous citations and has been translated into nine languages. Diane is often called on to share her expertise on national news programs including CNN, CNBC, NBC Nightly News, and CNNfn.

Prior to joining Communispace Corporation, Diane spent her time as a consultant, facilitator, author, and speaker with special expertise in helping companies create competitive advantage through their people. She also spent 18 years as an executive at The Forum Corporation, a training and consulting firm that specializes in corporate education.

Diane is an honorary member of the Instructional Systems Association. She also is on the Board of Trustees of The Horizons Initiative which is dedicated to homeless children in Boston; the Tufts Alumni Council; the Board of Directors of Crabtree & Evelyn; Board member of the National Council on Women and Aging; and on numerous other advisory boards. She is the co-founder of The Sound Bytes, an a cappella group that writes lyrics about business and performs at major conferences.

A summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, Diane received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School
