As a certified member of AFAA, (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), the world's largest fitness education association, Ms. Siebers developed and perfected numerous proprietary routines for her clients so they can attack the common trouble spots. Debbie's exercise philosophy is to treat everyone as an individual and to design safe, creative and challenging programs aimed at achieving the client's specific goals. Many fans attest to the support and effectiveness of Debbie Siebers’ programs, training and fitness expertise.
Ms. Siebers began her career working as a trainer for Body-By-Jake. In 1999, Debbie joined Beachbody.com™ where she developed the popular Thin Thighs Guaranteed! ™ video. The popularity of that video led to additional research with Beachbody into ways one can get better results in less time. The result was "Slim in 6." This was followed by the "Slim Series". Debbie has participated in numerous television productions, including ten shows for FIT TV's cooking and exercise show "Fitting It In". She also hosted exercise segments for E! News Daily and KABC.
In 2004, music industry veteran, Kerry Gordy took over Debbie Siebers management. Together they co-founded Siebers Style, which had two books published with Silverback Publishing entitled "Energy Boost" and "Nutritional Makeover." Additionally, Siebers Style™ also licensed a fifty item clothing line for Debbie in conjunction with Romar Studios, Inc., headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Siebers will release small collections of Debbie Siebers Fitness Gear for men and women in March 2005.
During the 2004 season, Debbie’s fitness expertise landed her on Fox’s prime time reality TV show "The Swan". Ms. Siebers training and motivational expertise helps The Swan contestants achieve their fitness goals and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Debbie has worked as a trainer at Crunch, Powerhouse, Meridian Sports Club, Todd Tramp's Body Sculpting Gym, and the Peninsula chain of luxury hotels. Some of her clients have included Amy Irving, Tori Spelling, Penny Marshall, Ann Spielberg and Paul Marciano. Through hard work, dedication to personal fitness and health, and genuine care for health and fitness of others; Debbie Siebers is American Lifestyle™.
