David is a leading expert on the impact that personal values and ethics have on individual, team and organisational success. He specifically applies his expertise to help organisations increase sales, deliver exceptional service, and create environments where clients want to keep coming back and refer others.

David is author of the book “What’s Ethical About Selling? (How to succeed in sales and still maintain your integrity)” and co-author of “Lessons in Leadership”. He has developed a dynamic range of professional development programs for sales and service people and their managers. These can be delivered at conferences in presentations, workshops and seminars, or delivered via the internet using on-line ‘blended learning’ programs. David also conducts “accreditation or certification” programs to allow experts within organisations to deliver a selected range of his training and development programs.

Supporting over two decades of experience in the fields of organisation and people development, David has a degree in business and human resource development. He holds an MBA, and a Masters Degree in Professional Ethics.

Hailing from what he refers to as a “humble beginning” in a small country town, David’s passion for delivering exceptional service in a practical and values-driven way has resulted in him holding management and senior management roles in Human Resource Management, People Development and Quality Service. His consulting career was launched when head-hunted by one of Australia’s largest recruitment firms in 1990 to assist in building their human resource consulting function. David Penglase Seminars was launched in 1994 and has since developed into a 100% repeat and referral business and is one of Australia’s most successful professional speaking businesses.
