David Pearce Snyder is Life-Styles Editor of The Futurist magazine, and a social forecaster whose seminars on strategic management and decision-making have been attended by representatives from most of the Fortune 500 companies. Before entering full-time practice as a consulting futurist in 1981, Mr. Snyder was Senior Planning Officer for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, where he designed and managed the Services' Strategic Planning System.A former consultant to RAND corporation, Mr. Snyder has also served as an instructor for the Federal Executive Institute and for Congressional and White House staff development programs. Since leaving the Federal Government, he has worked with hundreds of North American trade and professional associations, and with educators from every state in the U.S. In great demand as both a speaker and writer, David Snyder is the Editor/Co-author of 4 books, including Future Forces, and America in the 1990's.Programs: From Managing Change to Mastering Change, America in the 1990's Precision Healthcare, Revitalizing America's Schools, The Race for the 21st Century, High Noon for High Tech, The Critical Path to Productivity & Profitability.
