|
Dave shares powerful ideas while amazing and impacting audiences worldwide. He is known for helping organizations that want to inspire greater productivity and get people behind a common goal.
Dave’s expertise is in leadership and communication. At age 21 Dave had already started his own company and was being hired to speak at a variety of events. After college he directed and grew a significant development organization in Arkansas. He united a board, staff, and volunteer base under a common vision. In 1999 he left it a thriving and powerful organization and moved back to Minnesota to start a new business of speaking and producing. Dave has since earned his Masters in Organizational Leadership and in 2007 received the elite Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation.
Known as the “truth-teller”, Dave shares proven principles that increase productivity, purpose, passion, and profits. If there is one consistent response we hear it is that people love to work with Dave. He has taken the platform in Spain, Latvia, Ukraine, France, Japan, Australia, and the United States. Using story, relevant insights, and creative illustrations, Dave powerfully captivates audiences. He has even been know to drive points home by levitating tables, appearing bowling balls, and making it snow over the audience.
The following was observed recently, after David spoke at a Leadership Development meeting in the health care industry: “…He didn’t just hit a home run, he hit a grand slam, bottom of the ninth, two outs, seventh game of the World Series! Everyone from the CEO down said he was enthralling.” Josh Band from Wells Fargo said, “Our only problem now is how to top Dave next year!” Mark Kinne of North Ridge Care Center said, “Dave’s leadership and guidance has been the back bone of our success.”
Today Dave runs Horsager Leadership Studio and Dignified Housing. Through his companies, Dave helps people and organizations grow by improving service, productivity, leadership, and a commitment to integrity.
