Blythe McGarvie is the author of two books: Fit In, Stand Out - Mastering the FISO Factor: The Key to Leadership Effectiveness in Business and Life (McGraw-Hill, 2005) and Shaking the Globe: Courageous Decision-Making in a Changing World (Wiley, 2009). Fit In, Stand Out has reached wide distribution in the United States and has been published in Spanish and Russian language versions.
