Professional Poker player Barry Greenstein started out in 1966 and has been known to be a master of the game but even more so as the "Robin Hood of Poker" for his exceptional generosity to charities, specifically Children's Inc.

Greenstein learned poker first from his father who was a prolific card player in the Army. He graduated from high school and moved on to receive a bachelor's in Computer Science leading him to be a software designer of Symantec, now known for their Norton Anti-Virus.

At age 36 Barry Greenstein decided to retire and enter the poker realm full time. Not a bad decision at all since it has named him as one of the world's best poker players. This pro has uncountable cash wins in side games. His most notable side game victory was the Larry Flint's Million Dollar Seven Card Stud Tournament where he later donated every penny of the million to Children's Inc.

In 2004 Greenstein made it big winning the $10,000 Main Event No Limit Hold'em in the Fifth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica where he secured $1,278,370 and donated it all to charity. Later in April he won the Bellagio Five-Star World Poker Classic $2,500 No Limit Hold'em WPT Championship and a month later the World Series Of Poker $5,000 No-Limit Deuce to Seven Draw earning his first bracelet.

Just a year later, in 2005 he won his second bracelet in the WSOP $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha. Greenstein continued on to win the No Limit Hold'em event at the World Poker Tour Invitational in 2006's L.A. Poker Classic.

Besides owning not one but two World Series of Poker Bracelets, Barry Greenstein has around 27 money finishes just from the WSOP alone. In addition, he has earned two more World Poker Tour Titles and over 12 money finishes where four of them were final table appearances.
