Using a coffee can, a Russian radio transformer and other components he found in his father's radio shack, he was able to build this electronic concoction that ended up working after a lot of tweaking.

He wasn't aware of the outcome at the moment, but with ingenuity and a great deal of courage, he was able to liberate his mother from the oppressive Communist rule and shortly after that, earned his freedom and migrated to the United States in a story that is the equivalent of the Cuban DaVinci Code.

Ariel Coro is a dymamic speaker, serial entrepreneur and the original Problemsolvologist in emerging Internet technologies and business. He has spent over ten years working with a variety of organizations including Fortune 500 companies advising them on key of issues related to intelligent technology adoption until one day he realized that he was just solving everyone's problems. He was consistently providing his former employers with the competitive advantage while his bosses took all the credit. One day he woke up on the right side of the bed and decided to put an end to it all and he filed his personal declaration of independence that lead him to starting his own business and the beginning of unleashing his true potential.

He is widely recognized for his expertise in understanding the interrelationship technology, systems, applications and how people interact with them. One of his dreams when he came to the United States in 1995 was to work for Cisco Systems, a few years later; he was offered a large sign on bonus to do just that. This experience not only honed important IT experience, but professional speaking experience as well. Cisco tasked Ariel to consult for large clients and communicate at key events and executive briefings. After a while, he looked around and figured that he was aiming too low and left to start his own organization.

He now spends his time-sharing the success secrets he has learned to help keep businesses productive and profitable by solving problems and providing a valuable outside perspective.

his keynote of his treasure chest of experiences as an immigrant from Cuba, is one uniquely riveting and humorous.

Unbeknownst to Castro's regime (and to the delight of his neighbors), he devised one of the first home made, illegal satellite dishes to watch forbidden television that was meant only for tourists visiting the island. It was made from parts of an old Russian radio, a coffee can a mosquito net and other improvised materials. All of a sudden, he and his friends glimpsed the outside world that wasn't as bad as the Cuban media would make it appear.
This series of events eventually led to freeing his mother from the communist rule, escaping capture by the Cuban equivalent of the Gestapo and, and building a raft equipped with a GM car engine. Luckily, he managed to manipulate his mother's defection to earn his own ticket to freedom. At eighteen Ariel arrived in the U.S. with little knowledge of the English language and limited education.   Freedom offered him the opportunity to learn and build a career. He uses his life's story as a powerful metaphor to demonstrate the power of problem solving-even when one's resources are limited. This is when creativity and innovation become of utmost importance.
