Andrew Bryant has spent over 25 years working in the field of human performance and is a keenly sought after Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant by Multi-National Companies.
Organisations like Yahoo!, Microsoft, Deutsche Bank, DELL, AMP, Hess Oil and Gas, Merck, Cartier, Philips, RBS Coutts, Tata and Singapore Airlines regularly call on Andrew Bryant when they want to align people's behaviours with a company vision or business objective.
Originally trained as a physiotherapist, Andrew became curious about what makes the difference in performance whilst working with athletes. This led him to study positive psychology, hypnosis, organisational behaviour and leadership and even traditional Chinese medicine. Andrew Bryant is now a world-renowned trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Neuro-Semantics.
Using this knowledge and experience Andrew Bryant has developed training and coaching programs that deliver results to the bottom line whilst increasing individual and team engagement.
Andrew Bryant is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which endorses that Andrew has been benchmarked by the speaking industry and his clients as being of the highest calibre in terms of professionalism and speaking skills. There are only four CSPs living and working in Asia.
English by birth and Australian by choice, Andrew Bryant lives in Singapore with his wife and two young children. Andrew has spoken and facilitated across India, Asia and Australia.
