|
Schweyer is among the pioneers in the new discipline of talent management. In1994 he began creating award winning technologies and programs for a range of clients including Industry Canada, the World Bank, Variety Magazine and Reed Business Information.
Schweyer is the author of «Talent Management Systems: Best Practices in Technology Solutions for Recruitment, Retention and Workforce Planning» (Wiley & Sons, 2004) and editor of Leadership Excellence: The Journal of Human Capital Management. He writes for a wide variety of publications, including Inc.com, Australia HR Magazine, Future Healthcare Magazine and Global Services Magazine. Over the past three years, he has keynoted and presented at conferences, and delivered workshops throughout the U.S, Canada, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, India and the Asia/Pacific region.
