| National Football League Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow joined FOX Sports Net in 1998 as an in-studio analyst for the network's COLLEGE FOOTBALL SATURDAY's pre and post game telecasts, and as a college football analyst for the-NATIONAL SPORTS REPORT. He has expanded his duties on the NATIONAL SPORTS REPORT as a NFL analyst for the nightly show. His knowledge of the game coupled with his enthusiasm helped him make a smooth transition from the field to the studio. |

Detailed Biography of Kellen Winslow
|

| Kellen Winslow was drafted by the San Diego Charges in the first round in 1979 and proved to be one of the most important acquisitions made by the Charges. He spent his entire nine-year NFL career with the Chargers, becoming the premier tight end of his era. Winslow earned numerous honors including consensus All-Pro in 1980, 1981, and 1982, and was voted All-AFC four times while appearing in five Pro Bowls. He is also one of 52 players to be named AFL-NFL First 25 Year Team (1960-84) by the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Kellen Winslow was part of the Chargers high-powered "Air Coryell" offense that changed the game in the early 80's. He led the NFL in receptions in 1980 (89) and 1981 (88), and was second with 54 catches in 1982 and tied for first in 1983 with 88 receptions. His dominant play at the tight end position earned him four consecutive AFC Pro Bowl appearances from 1980-84, starting three of the four years. Winslow's impressive career ended in 1987 with 541 receptions, 6,741 yards and 45 touchdowns. Then in 1995, he received the highest honor in the NFL with an induction into the Hall of Fame.
Kellen Winslow made the jump into broadcasting in 1989 as co-host of "Sports Wrap," a weekly NFL recap show on the NBC affiliate in San Diego. In 1991, he joined Mizzou Sports Network serving as an analyst for the University of Missouri football telecasts. The following two years, Winslow was a radio analyst for the Tiger Network, which simulcasts the Missouri football games statewide. Moving to ESPN in 1994, he spent one year a a sideline report and one year as an analyst for their "Saturday Night Primetime" football telecasts.
