 For over thirty years, Roger has presented programs to hundreds of companies throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Southeast Asia. As president of his own consulting, Roger travels extensively providing executive coaching and professional training services to groups interested in gaining performance capability.

Roger's primary client is NASA. Over the last 15 years, he shares a unique on-going relationship with the space agency. He is a teacher and leadership coach inside the Space Shuttle and Space Station Programs, as well as the Astronaut Office. Roger helps NASA's complex and demanding engineering culture deal with the human challenges of sustaining high performance efforts.

The astronaut office sent Roger to the Cosmonaut Training Facility in Star City Russia north of Moscow, where he lived with crews training for long duration space flight on the International Space Station. This experience helped prepare him to support the on-going negotiation efforts between the US and Russian Space Agencies.

Roger has a reputation for working with groups typically resistant to using outsiders, from Shuttle Commanders and Fighter Pilots, to NFL Coaches and Transplant Teams, his work offers invaluable understanding on what high performance cultures need, why they struggle and how they improve.

In 2002, after the Space Shuttle Columbia's tragic accident, Roger was sent to east Texas for two months to head up a "de-brief" team in charge of the recovery effort. This leadership project uncovered critical lessons on the recovery. Roger used this to author the agencies official White Paper on the Recovery Lessons which he's converted into executive leadership modules.

In addition to his work inside NASA, Roger works with a wide range of private clients and teams that reflect his skill in working with diverse professions. From IBM, the NFL and St Jude's Cancer Research Center for Children to Boeing, Roche Laboratories and Mercedes Benz, he provides the innovation and understanding to help good companies become great.

Roger's work inspires results, which is why he is repeatedly used by the engineering heads of MIT and the winning Head Coach Nick Saban of LSU football. People leave with proven techniques on ways to increase organizational effectiveness and strategic leadership.
