Since 1987, Marilyn has worked with lawyers from
* 53 of AmLaw’s Top 100 Firms * 33 of AmLaw’s “Second Hundred” . . . and many other law firms, corporate and government law departments, and CLE organizations. She has also worked with paralegals, legal assistants, technical specialists and patent agents. Marilyn is a graduate of the New York University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of the Law Review. She clerked for Judge Inzer B. Wyatt, Federal District Court, Southern District of New York, and worked in the litigation department of a major New York law firm. Marilyn is a member of the National Speakers Association. She has earned the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation —the highest earned level of recognition that a professional speaker can achieve. Currently, less than 8% of the 5000 worldwide members of the NSA have earned this prestigious designation.
