In the late 80's, Gin Miller created Step Training. Gin's innovation, persistence and leadership paved the way for the most significant fitness phenomena of the last century. Her concepts and creativity laid the foundation for "step aerobics", earning her the worldwide reputation as a preeminent fitness program creator and exercise professional.

In the early 90's, Gin traveled extensively to introduce step training to the world. Today, step training continues as a mainstay group exercise program in 97% of health clubs in the U.S. and internationally.

Gin Miller's blueprint for success is found in her constant quest for new ideas, her engaging, warm personality and sense of humor, and her admirable communication and teaching skills.
