With nearly three decades of management consulting and corporate research expertise, Bill Capodagli (pronounced Ca po die) co-authored one of Fortune Magazine's "Best Business Books of 1999," The Disney Way: Harnessing the Management Secrets of Disney in Your Company. In August of 2000, McGraw-Hill released Bill's enormously popular Disney Way Fieldbook: How to Implement Walt Disney's Vision of "Dream, Believe, Dare, Do" in Your Company as a companion to the original book.

Bill's third book, Leading at the Speed of Change: Using New Economy Rules to Transform Old Economy Companies, is the behind-the-scenes story of the creation and fast-track growth of AT&T's networking division, AT&T Solutions. Leading at the Speed of Change provides a template for companies striving to rethink, redesign, and reengineer their operations to meet the changing demands and opportunities of the new Internet economy.

Prior to co-founding Capodagli Jackson Consulting in 1993, Bill held managerial positions at the consulting firms of AT Kearney, Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst and Young) and Coopers & Lybrand. Bill served on the Extended Services faculty of the University of Southern Indiana from 1991-1993 and presented the Disney Way principles to a vast client base.
