A. Roger Merrill, co-founder of Covey Leadership Center (now FranklinCovey Co.), has more than 35 years of experience as a line manager, senior executive, business consultant, and teacher. Roger specializes in helping organizations develop leaders and coaching senior leaders.

Roger is co-author of the international best seller, First Things First (with Stephen R. Covey and Rebecca R. Merrill). He is also the author of Connections Quadrant II Time Management, co-author of The Nature of Leadership, and contributing author to Principle-Centered Leadership. Roger\'s latest work, Life Matters: Creating a Dynamic Balance of Work, Family, Time and Money (co-authored with his wife, Rebecca) has been recognized by Soundview Executive Summaries as oneof the 30 best business books of 2004.
