With his friends cheering on and metallic shades glinting
in the artificial lights, Chris Moneymaker won the 2003
World Series of Poker with a full house consisting of
three fives and two fours. The 27 year old accountant
took home a first prize of $2.5 million dollars in the
victory.
GREG
RAYMER
Greg Raymer is the World's Champion of Poker. He has
done the difficult, winning the final event of the World
Series of Poker. There are so many superlatives that
describe his feat. By winning five million dollars ($5,000,000.000)
he is the winner of the largest prize in a poker tournament;
the winner of the most money in WSOP history; and the
winner of the largest first place prize in any competitive
sporting event. By beating 2,575 opponents he wins the
largest poker tournament ever held in a real (versus
virtual) casino. He is, quite simply, the man. Lancy
Howard would be proud (read The Cincinnati Kid if you
don't know that reference).

Mike Sexton is probably best known for his hosting of
the World Poker Tour TV Series. Millions of viewers
know him from the television and he is now the most
recognized face in poker. Mike is an accomplished tournament
poker player in his own right having won a WSOP event
in 1989. He continues to play in major tournaments while
juggling his hosting duties. he is also the host and
game consultant for online giant, Party Poker. Mike
coined the phrase that defines modern tournament no-limit
hold'em, "It takes five minutes to learn but a lifetime
to master."

Norman Chad one of the broadcasters covering the World
Series on ESPN. Most people think he tries way too hard
to be funny with his lame jokes.

Pokerstars (www.pokerstars.com) is holding a rematch
of the 2003 WSOP finals, with champion Chris Moneymaker
versus runner-up Sam Farha. The winner takes $40,000.

CLOUTIER
If you ask players on the tournament circuit who they
think are the best poker players in the world, T. J.
Cloutier's name always comes up. Not because he's won
the Big One. He hasn't ... yet. And not because he's
made the most money at the World Series of Poker. He
hasn't ... although he was the first player to make
more than $1 million at it without winning the main
event. No, his name is always mentioned because his
peers highly respect and fear him as an opponent. "T.
J. is the number one no-limit poker player in the world,"
said Mansour Matloubi, the 1990 WSOP champion. WSOP

Chris Ferguson - Professional Poker Player This 2000
WSOP Champion is easily the most recognized face in
poker. He is a top professional poker player, both a
mathematician and computer scientist with a photographic
memory. As of 2004, he had the most cashes ever in a
single year at the WSOP

Growing up in New Hampshire in a family of five, Howard
spent much of his childhood on the family room floor
engrossed in card games.

This 2004 World Series of Poker Champion is also the
All Time Female World Series of Poker money winner.
While she is busy consulting with Ultimatebet and teaching
Ben Affleck to play poker, this mother of 4 is a serious
poker player no matter who is at the table. Recently
seen on Good Morning America, David Letterman, and featured
in Entertainment Weekly and soon to be on the cover
of Newsweek. Annie has also been the Cover of Card Player
and Casino Player Magazines and has been interviewed
by Newsweek for a cover and feature story. NBC has a
sitcom pilot in production based on Annie's life.

HARMAN
Jennifer is unquestionably one of the world's best high
stakes female player, and one of the top high stakes
players in general. She currently wears two WSOP Bracelets
and is the only female player at the inauguaral Professional
Poker Tour Final table. In addition, Jennifer is the
only female player who regularly participates in "The
Big Game" at the Bellagio in Las Vegas- regularly battling
it out against the best of the best, including Doyle
Brunson, Chip Reese, Howard Lederer, Chau Giang, Barry
Greenstein, Ted Forrest, Gus Hansen, Lee Salem, John
Hennigan, Lyle Berman, Phil Ivey and Johnny Chan. Players
who let Jennifer's attractive appearance affect their
play with her soon learn that she is a fierce and worthy
competitor. Jennifer was recently featured on the WPT
"Ladies Night," the WPT Final Table of the Ultimate
Poker Classic.

LAAK
"The Unabomber"

CORKINS
"The Alabama Cowboy"
Capitalizing on his 2003 WPT Championship at Foxwoods,
the Tournament Circuit has paid off for Hoyt during
2004. With Four Final Table appearances, Hoyt racks
up Second, Third, Sixth and Eighth Place wins in a variety
of poker games. His aggressive playing style and ability
to read opponents makes him one of the best players
in the world. He has also been dubbed "Mr. Move All-In"
by Phil Hellmuth, Jr., and "Westworld Cowboy" by Vince
Van Patton.

FLACK
"Back to Back"
An Active WPT Tournament player, Layne has participated
in Four Final Tables in 2004 alone. In 2003 he achieved
an unprecedented Two First Place WSOP Titles earning
him his moniker "Back to Back" Flack.
JENNIFER TILLY
Since the late 1980s Jennifer Tilly has been best known as an actress, having appeared
in well over 100 movies and television shows such as Bound, Bride of Chucky, and Liar Liar.
She may not be an "A" list star, but she works constantly and received an Oscar nomination
in 1994 for her role in Woody Allen's Bullets Over Broadway.

One of the world's top poker players, Phil Gordon walks tall in the poker world,
both literally and figuratively.
KATHY LIEBERT
With Kathy Liebert’s nationally televised victory in Poker Royale:
Battle of the Sexes this March, she showed that indeed women
can be the superior sex in poker. Beating 11 other men and women in a show that aired on GSN,
Liebert claimed a $100,000 first prize and lots of international recognition.

legend Thuan (Scotty) Nguyen. Always with a grin on his face, Scotty is one of

Born in Seattle, Washington but now living in Las Vegas, Barry Shulman is known most
